No. In no case and under no exception do we offer a refund. There are no viewer customization options available in the program, but we can make specific customizations for companies. If you require specific customization, do not hesitate to contact us.

What is the maximum resolution supported for images and videos in Visor360?

The maximum resolution supported for 360 images and videos depends on the specifications of your device. For stable operation on most computers, it is recommended not to exceed 8K quality.

How can I get a commercial license to use Visor360 in commercial projects?

You can obtain a commercial license of Visor360 by purchasing the Standard or Pro versions from the same Visor360 application, both during the initial registration and in the Update Account button located in the upper right part of the program.

We only allow this possibility in educational centers, non-profit organizations, and other very specific exceptions. If a conventional user is detected sharing their account with other users, their account will be automatically deactivated and legal action may be taken against the account holder who has been shared.

When I register, what information is saved on Visor360 servers and how is my data processed?
