Capture and save a part of a 360

The Visor360 Save 2D Capture to PC feature allows you to capture snapshots of the area visible in the viewer and save them as flat images on your computer. Whether you want to preserve a stunning landscape or capture a special moment, this feature gives you the flexibility to save your favorite moments in high quality and in the file format you prefer.

How saving a 2D capture of a 360 image on your PC works

360 images have a deformation inherent to their curvature, to be able to be seen perfectly in 360 image viewers such as Visor360. Now, if you want to get a part of that 360 photo, you can prevent its deformation with Save 2D Capture.

Save and share

  1. Press the 2D Capture button: Access this feature from the “File” menu and clicking on “Save 2D Capture”, or from the camera icon superimposed on the viewer space.
  2. Select Area: Use the viewfinder to scan the panoramic image and select the area you want to capture as a still image.
  3. Saving Options: Select the file format (JPG or PNG) and output resolution for your capture.
  4. Save Capture: Click the save button to store your 2D capture on your PC, ready to share, print or use as you wish.
